60 Second Film Challenge

I wanted to make a 60 second film about rushing to get ready for school. I chose this topic because I wake up too late and am always rushing to get ready for school, so this is something I could relate to. When I first wrote the script, I had many more actions than there were in the final film. I realized that my film was going to be way over the 60 second mark and that I had to cut about half of my script out. I also realized that it would be better if I added more camera angles into the film, which also helped with jump cuts too.

The hardest part of this film was getting it to 60 seconds. It took many edits and cuts, but in the end I really think it came out amazing. Although I had to take away half of the film, it still came out to be what I imagined and I had a lot of fun with this challenge.
