Soundscape

    This was an interesting film to make because on one hand it was very easy, but on the other hand it was quite complicated. The actual filming and editing of the sounds was easy, but thinking of a plot was more challenging. I didn't know what to do so I started to think of sounds that I hear in my daily life. Now because were are living in a covid world, I haven't been able to hear a lot of different sounds lately, so I chose to make a video of all the sounds that happen when I come home from a day of school. On a usual day, I get out of the car, wash up, eat, and then go do my homework, and that's exactly what I did here. I think it turned out really good and I think that just watching this film interests me because even though I know what happened visually, the people watching the film have to visualize what is happening based on the sounds they are hearing. Overall, I really enjoyed making this film and would like to continue making films like this in the future.

  Tennis Documentary By Dylan Grodner, Starring Nicole Dgani     Nicole and I are both very good friends and we wanted to work on a film together. Turns out, although we are very good friends, we didn't know each other's favorite hobby. It ended up taking some time to think of what we like to do and what we could make a film on. The Stalker

I practiced many different types of film during this assignment, some of them being cutting on action and focusing on the eight different angles. I used these types of film, because I think that they went really well with the type of film that I was doing. I think that the result came out very good because I wanted to make a creepy film, but at the same time a film where you could tell what was going on without any dialogue, which I think I accomplished. I also really liked making this film because I really felt like I was a real movie director and there were some points where I wanted to film even more and make it like a real long movie. I would next time maybe add some dialogue to make it look more like a real movie. As I was saying before, I am happy that I was able to create a film that is understandable without any dialogue, although I think it would have helped. TV Shows I Have Watched Over Quarantine

       Over quarantine I watched many shows and movies, but two of my favorite TV shows were The Office and All American. These are both shows that once you get into them, they are really hard to stop watching. There were even some nights that I would stay up till 2 in the morning watching these shows.       I really liked The Office because of the comedy. There was not one episode that I could not laugh, matter of fact, I could not even go five minutes without laughing! That's how funny this show is! I learned about this show through many people, I just did not both to watch until quarantine when we had nothing else to do. I found it very interesting how the setting takes place in an office because they could have made any type of plot but they chose to go a simple route, and make the setting and plot revolve around an office.
