Pan Shot:

In this shot at the end of The Dark Knight, we see a slow pan moving around Joker's body. To the audiance, this makes the world seem like it is revolving around the Joker and everything is set up according to his plan. This makes the shot very interesting, especially the fact that his clothes are flying the opposite way.

Static Shot:

In this shot of Home Alone, they realise they left Kevin at home. Everything is focused on the two parents having a conversation. Everything in the backround is still. This makes the audience focus directly on the speaker as opposed to other things going on in the back. This also helps form the scene as it is on a long trip to Paris and they are in first class where many of the passengers are sleeping. It creates stillness and a calm feeling at first, until Kevin's mother screams out "KEVIN!"

Push In Shot:

In this shot of the Incredibles, the shot slowly zooms in on her face as she is trying to look at the bird in the tree. This helps the audiance recognize the fact that she is really staring at what bird that is in the tree and is really trying to focus on it. This creates a bit of suspense as it is a slow zoom in and not much more action happening in the back.

Pull Out Shot:

In this shot in Monstars Inc, Sully is looking for Boo, but when opens the door he is in another location; a freezing, snowy location where he is all alone. The pull out shot helps to show the audiance his isolation when there is nobody else around. The fact that he is also a pretty large character standing next to the door, making the door seem small also helps to show that he really is hopeless and there is nobody around to help.
